If you’re looking for an Android tablet with decent specs, Russia is the place to be, since the Viewpad 10 slate has just been made available locally. It’s available with Windows 7 Home Premium or Android 1.6, but we sure hope the second option supports an upgrade to a more recent version of the OS. [...]
