The iFixYouri shop, that handles iPhone 4 repairs has managed to score an iPad 2 LCD, straight from China and it took photos of it. The result is the following series of pics and info about this new display, that’s apparently lighter and thinner than the current iPad screen.
The build is of higher quality than its predecessor and the surrounding frame is definitely smaller. Too bad that we have no idea what resolution this screen will support, although speculations about the Retina Display being incorporated into the iPad 2 have disappeared lately, so that doesn’t seem likely any more.
Will you buy an iPad with more RAM, more CPU power and a slightly improved display?
